Four riders, one day, 100km. We took on the Henley 100 in a single push, with gravel, big climbs, crumpets at Ewelme, and a pheasant feather that survived a trip over the handlebars.

We rallied a few Unit 5 riders for this one John, Barney, Becky, Wiggy, and Tinashe. A few of us already knew bits of this route from other trips: myself and John had ridden the Downs Link before as part of a longer Downs Link, South Downs, Shipwrights Way overnighter, and Becky had covered it as part of London to Brighton. As a standalone day ride, the Downs Link works really well — easy to plan last-minute, and easy to do either one-way or there-and-back from Guildford.

Our mechanic John recently found out first-hand, riding the Second City Divide six days from Glasgow to Oldham, self-supported, through wind farms, forest gravel, and some seriously tough Pennine climbs. Here's a look back at how it went.

What a night. Thank you to everyone who came through for our opening party family, friends, and familiar faces from the cycling world, all packed into our new home on Tottenham Court Road.

Every March, a small crew of volunteers takes on the London Lockdown Ride 100 miles through the capital, overnight, in aid of the Lewisham Bank for Things. This year's ride raised over £7,000 and saw Tinashe take on the full loop, from Victoria's bright lights out through south London's suburbs, along the river past Greenwich and Canary Wharf, north past Arsenal as the sun came up, and back west through Regent's Park and Kensington to finish where it started.
